iPod Agent

One of my boss asked me to fix her iPod this afternoon. Apparently, it was a simple problem. iPods (unknown to many) can only be used in one mac or pc unit, otherwise it'll screw up everything you have on your immaculate eye-candy player.
I called Apple Center, tell them about what happened. At first, they told me that it is possible to recover files on the iPod but I need to give them the unit and wait for about two weeks. Repair will be done in Singapore. I insisted if there was at least a hack or third party software available and surely there was - iPod Agent.
iPod Agent did the job well and there, I became an iPod guru in an instant. Actually, the trick there is that my boss uses a windows PC.
