I have just ended a three-hour long chat with a friend. She's infuriatingly sad and I can't do so much about it. I have a feeling I am throwing punches in the air speaking to her.

"God, it's hard to talk to a person in your behalf, its a daunting task to do. Please give me enough strenght and faith before I lose their faith and strength in listening in me"
